Dawn Chan Curtis was born and raised in Hong Kong. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hong Kong in 1987 and, earlier in her career, worked as a communications/media relations specialist. She operated her own Public Relations consultancy in Hong Kong for over a decade until its acquisition in 2006. She is now serving alongside her pastor husband Steve Curtis in Naples, Texas.
Dawn is the author of Miracles…and Beyond, a Christian testimony published in December 2020 in the US. She has also authored and co-authored a number of Chinese books on Christian living in the workplace in her 30s. Her current focus in ministry is on supporting people struggling with emotional and mental health issues. She is a Board Certified Mental Health Coach and a facilitator of Overcome, a Christ-based mental health support group developed by My Quiet Cave. Dawn is also an advocate of natural healing. She is a certified clinical aromatherapist and a certified herbalist.
